Application Guidlines

Thank you for considering our property for your New Home!

  1. We follow all fair housing laws.
  2. We follow 2 people per bedroom plus 1. For example: 5 people max allowed in a 2 bedroom.
  3. We require verifiable income of 2.5 times the amount of rent: NET. Include copies of most recent 3 month paycheck stubs and/or bank statements.
  4. No evictions-No bankruptcies-No exceptions.
  5. Late payment history and/or a negative report from your current landlord may have a negative effect on whether your rental application will be approved.
  6. Any prior felonies against person or property will be grounds for denial.
  7. All persons 18 years and older who will reside in the apartment must complete an application for review.
  8. Application processing fee is 35$ per person. This fee is non-refundable. it is an estimate of the actual out of pocket expense to be incurred while verifying and qualifying the submitted application.

By singing this form below, applicant agree that L&K Properties Inc may charge an application screening fee ot qualify him/her as a prospective resident.

No Applicaiton will be accepted or processed without the following:

-Completed application to rent.

-Proof of Income.

-Application Fee.
